connections

Relationships are the building blocks  
of life. Your family connections and those dynamics teach you how to be friends, lovers and even leaders or followers. 

So what do you do when your foundation is rocked. When you lose a connection what are your copeing  mechanisms. How do you come back to your balanced self? 

When you know stress affects your body how do you combat emotional bullets that would have a able bodied person sitting in their bed blankets around their head? 

Finding that inner strength is above and beyond what a lot of people are allow themselves to be strong enough to handle.
